  1. Instructions on installing and using XLMATH.XLL
  2.  
  3. 1.    COPY XLMATH.HLP into your Excel subdirectory.
  4.  
  5. 2.    COPY SMRTHEAP.DLL into your Windows System subdirectory.NOTE: If you 
  6.     have previously used SMRTHEAP.DLL with another program, it may be 
  7.     located in your Windows System subdirectory. In this case,you don't 
  8.     need another copy of SMRTHEAP.DLL.
  9.  
  10. 3.    Create a new subdirectory or load into your favourite existing 
  11.     subdirectory the following files
  12.     XLMATH.XLL
  13.     XLMATH.XLW
  14.  
  15. 4.    Start Excel, 
  16.  
  17. 5.    Load the file XLMATH.XLL
  18.  
  19. 6.    Load the file XLMATH.XLW
  20.  
  21. For additional info, read the notes attached to numerous
  22. cells in Excel. Each cell with a note is indicated with a small
  23. red dot in the cell. 
  24.  
  25. The worksheet titled XLMATH.XLS contains notes and sample usage for 
  26. the custom functions.
  27.  
  28. The worksheet titled XLMDLG.XLS contains sample usage for the dialog box
  29. commands. 
  30.  
  31. The worksheet XLMCFIT.XLS contains sample usage for the Custom Fitting 
  32. routine. The macro sheet XLMCFIT.XLM contains sample macros required
  33. by the custom fitting command.
